Our Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell — pharmaceutical-grade injectables and medical aesthetics supplies — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please photograph any damaged items and their packaging before contacting us — this helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Unopened Items

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product is unused and in its original condition
The packaging is intact and undamaged
Cold-chain products cannot be returned once dispatched
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
