Eligible Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Your order arrived damaged or compromised
• You received the wrong products
• Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days
• Products were significantly not as described

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior authorisation
• Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
• Shipping costs, unless the error was ours

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been issued.
